Coast Union students are taking an active role in their education by using technology to facilitate participation and collaboration in their classrooms. Coast Union students are excitedly making choices about how to generate, obtain, manipulate and display information. The use of technology allows our students to think critically about information, problem solving and the execution of complex skills. When technology is used as a tool to support student learning, it is the students who are in the position to define their goals, make decisions and evaluate their progress.
Mr. Schalk’s physics wants to participate a satellite
program that will give them access to an orbital satellite
for a week in April. To help raise funds to “rent” the
space time, the physics class needs to raise $3000.00.
