Cambria Grammar School currently has 326 enthusiastic, energetic students enrolled. Our school is proud of exceeding all of our school’s 2009 API growth targets in both English Language Arts and math as measured by the 2008 – 09 Accountability Progress Reporting. Our API went from 762 in 2008 to 790 in 2009. This 28 point growth is a result of hard work by staff, students, parents, and community members.

We are especially proud of some of the special programs at the school that provide support to students. Our “Book Buddies” Program pairs a high school student or community volunteer with a 1^st or 2^nd grader who needs additional reading support. The volunteers meet with the student twice a week to listen to them read and provides one-on-one reading support for 30 minutes. Through a state funded grant, our afterschool program is free to students and currently 60 children attend. Students receive a snack, homework support, organized sports activities, and art or other enrichment opportunities.
